To add on to my previous 5 star review here's a follow-up. We had a question about one item in his report. Ricky responded to my email in less than an hour. Then made a trip back to the property, in a HURRICANE to verify our concern. That folks is master class level of customer service!!!!!

Appalachian Inspections is a very professional organization. Ricky inspected our home before we bought. We met up with him just as he was wrapping up the inspection and he spoke to us in a way we could understand any concerns he had about the home and also distinctions of normal home aging. Ricky was also very knowledgeable in every aspect of home construction from foundation, roof, frame, electrical and plumbing. We felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase as a result.
