Ricky showed up on time, spent about four hours crawling through the house, crawl space, attic and garage. After completing he spent about 20 min reviewing results and highlighting the more concerning items he found. I received a written report the end of the next day. We're so incredibly grateful to have found such an amazing home inspector. Chris's thoroughness and expertise truly impressed us. He went over every inch of the house, looking not just at surface-level symptoms, but also deeper into root causes and potentially related things. It felt like watching a detective at some points. For example, he was able to read the subtle issues all over the house and trace the root cause to an incredibly subtle culprit: the deck, which was supposedly supporting the roof, was actually mostly floating disconnected from the ground, and therefore pulling the house apart. Seriously impressive sleuthing. He was like this with every angle and every aspect of the house, and he gave us an incredibly thorough report. He was also super friendly, and we enjoyed every time we got to talk to him. Thank you Chris!

Ricky did a FANTASTIC job inspecting a house we were considering purchasing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and impressively thorough. I arrived about halfway through the inspection, and he immediately paused to walk me through the issues he had already uncovered—including a major red flag involving electrical safety. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a much greater sense of confidence about our potential purchase.

What really stood out was his dedication. Because the crawlspace was too tight to access fully during the first visit, Ricky actually returned the next day with a rolling creeper to reach those hard-to-see areas. He updated our inspection report with even more detailed photos and notes. Thanks to his thorough report, we were able to negotiate with the sellers to have important electrical work completed before closing. That wouldn’t have happened without him.

Update. Our first experience was excellent and we enjoyed and just sold our first mountain home after five wonderful years!
